The retainer fee is non-refundable.
All participants must arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of the appointment.
Participants should arrive fully dressed and prepared for the session.
For optimal results, please ensure that young children are well-rested and nourished before the session.
